CONSULTANCY
Our consultancy service provides knowledge, ideas and support for all aspects of quality assurance and improvement in FE and training and general staff development along with support for equality, diversity and inclusion.
Some use us for one or two days for ad-hoc support, others use us each month or longer for more strategic, long-term plans. Choose the option that suits your organisational need. Discuss with us how we can best meet your needs by contacting us for a conversation.
Prices start from approximately £500 for a day of one-off consultancy. Rates vary depend on the nature and duration of the consultancy and assignment with discounts on the advertised daily rate for longer periods of consultancy.
The Assisting Consultant
We help to review and support staff until the organisation is ready to work solo on a range of quality assurance and improvement aspects. We offer flexibility and clients can choose a short intensive contract or a monthly contract of a set number of days. The focus is on organisational analysis, review and recommendations with timely reports and updates on the progress in the agreed work against agreed demonstrable outputs.
The Enabling Consultant
Like with the Assistant programme, we offer a bespoke offer. With this programme we support providing a long-term partnership aligned to organisational vision and values; this process often occurs holistically over the duration of the consultancy which may last several months. It includes aspects of coaching and mentoring as part of the service for designated managers and leaders.
COACHING
Our Executive and Leadership Coaching helps senior leaders rise to the challenges of today and transform the organisation for the future. We draw on proven strategies and models with a highly tailored approach.
The science of coaching is methodical and measurable. The art of coaching is creative, individual, and flexible. Our coaching brings both to the relationship.
Executive coaching helps people find the resources within themselves to create sustainable transformation. This makes it different to mentoring, consulting or training. Leadership coaching is a great way to work on delegation, communication and moving to become more strategic.
Our coaching usually takes place by phone or online, but can be in person at work or other suitable venues by agreement. Times are usually within our normal working hours - between 8am-6pm - but we have some flexibility to be outside this to suit the needs of the individual.
Sessions usually last 45 minutes to 1 hour but "flash" sessions are available as part of our offer if needed.
Coaching for new managers
Working with a coach, new managers and leaders can benefit through working one-on-one with a professional coach on their goals and challenges, in a way that offers both support and challenge. The focus can be on working on interpersonal skills, driving collaboration and setting priorities and goals.
Sessions usually last 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Group coaching sessions are available for a group of middle managers alongside or instead of our training offer.
Contact us to discuss your options. We offer a free informal consultation call prior to any formal engagement. We use GROW methodology in our coaching practices to ensure meaningful and thought-provoking dialogue that enables participants to seek to maxiimise their potential.
Rates:
Hourly rates vary depending on the engagement and the organisation but start from as little as £175 for middle managers and up to £250 per hour for senior leaders. Discounts are available for longer term engagement.
OUR TRAINING, STAFF DEVELOPMENT & CPD COURSE OFFER
Choose from a range of staff professional development and training workshops which are pitched for your staff development across a range of areas including: quality improvement, quality assurance, middle management development, Ofsted preparation, safeguarding. mental health and equality, diversity and inclusion. A number of pedagogic-themed sessions for teachers are also available on request.
Prices vary depending on the length, content and cohort size and materials but typically start from £500 for a half day for pre-designed sessions.
Workshops can be designed to meet the needs of your organisation and the cohort, but usually last for a half day or one full day.
